Our Unique Approach to Repairs
We utilise the services of some 17 repairers in terms of our current network.
The majority of our repairs are centralised via our main repairer Paradise, their workshop is within Cape Town CBD. By centralising repairs we physically see our clients phones/laptops and therefore are able to speak directly about the repairs, maintain the quality of a repair but at all times offer a countrywide reach within our stated goal of a 5 day turn around of handsets and / laptops.
How we do this is simple.
All phones are picked up by our designated courier service, upon arrival are physically checked for damage, quotations for repair are agreed upon PRIOR to work being undertaken and once repairs have been completed are re-checked by our claims co- coordinator’s before being sent back to our clients.
We were amazed at the number of phones/laptops that are “written off” with little to no fore-thought to maintaining clients contact lists/data. So WE go out of our way to maintain our clients mobile devices but pragmatically manage this aspect of our business.
