So, whats and what’s not covered?
The short answer is: everything, including water damage.

1. If the phone/laptop is left in a vehicle – the phone/ laptop must be locked away out of sight or COVER is Excluded.
2. Wear and tear, willful damage or electronic virus damage or manufacturers defect.
3. Accessories unless part of a total loss.

[notice]In the event of a CLAIM we’ll:[/notice]
1. Fix and/or replace your phone or laptop, depending on the circumstances. We repair
within 5 days or Replace within 48 hours. We pick up and drop off from you at our cost.

2. Our Policy Excess/ first amount payable is min R300.00 or R150.00 for repair.
